William T. Cavanaugh is a Professor of Theology at DePaul University where he has been teaching since 2010. He received his B.A. in theology from the University of Notre Dame in 1984, and an M.A. from Cambridge University in 1987. He later attended Duke University, where he received a Ph.D. in religion in 1996.
